DHS memo shows agency preparing to deploy more officers to American cities

In a Department of Homeland Security memo obtained by CBS News, the agency says it’s preparing to deploy more officers to American cities to deal with protesters. But the mayors of some of those cities are pushing back, demanding the Trump administration withdraw those forces and plans. Carter Evans reports.
